Cabins & Private accommodation |The cottages called Orehus, located on the outskirts of Snogeholm recreation area, is the place for both small and large groups. Twelve beds are divided between the two cottages, with nature right outside the door. There are numerous trails in the area.

In Orehus 1 there are 6 beds divided between two rooms (one double bed plus a bunk bed in one room and two single beds in the other), fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove and oven and a dining room for up to 12 people . There is a toilet and shower.
In Orehus 2 there are 6 beds (three smaller bedrooms with single beds and a large room with a day bed and a bunk bed). In the larger room there is a small table for 2 people as well as a toilet and shower. There is a small kitchenette in the hall.
There are plenty of trails in Snogeholm recreation area, both short and long, and the Skåneleden trail runs through the area. A shorter trail along Snogeholmssjön is accessible to wheelchair users and there is also a riding trail. The landscape is varied with sandy and open heathland, alder marsh, sheer deciduous forest and dark spruce forest. In total there are four cottages and two camp facilities to rent in the area.
The cottage can be rented by the day, for a weekend (Friday-Sunday) or a full week. It is not permitted to house more people than there are number of beds in the cottage. Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am.
You need to bring your own bed linen, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Firewood is not included but can be bought on site. It is possible to prebook this with the recreation area office. You will need to clean the cottage yourself. Cleaning equipment is provided.

Until September 30, 2020, dogs are prohibited in the main building, but dogs are allowed in house Orehus 2.
From October 1, 2020, dogs will also be allowed in the main building. Otherwise we then refer people with dog allergy to Jocksborg or Fiskestugan or Gydarp if they are many people.
